Rules and Regulations

The apartment can be booked by phone or email.
Confirmation of the reservation requires a deposit.
The deposit is non-refundable unless the reservation is canceled no later than 30 days before the planned arrival. Deposit refunds do not apply to holiday stays.
The remaining amount for the stay is collected on the day of arrival. Payment is cash only.
In case of a shortened stay, the amount is non-refundable.
Check-in starts at 4pm on the day of arrival and ends at 10am on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out is possible by prior arrangement.
Check-in and check-out are done in our presence.
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am, please adhere to them.
The apartment owner reserves the right to request departure from individuals who do not comply with the regulations, especially those who significantly disturb the peace and relaxation of other guests.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment.
We love pets but cannot accommodate them. We reserve the right to charge a fee of 100 PLN per day for the stay of an unannounced pet.
The use of heaters, irons, and other electrical appliances not provided in the apartment is prohibited.
Guests may not rearrange the furniture and equipment in the apartment during their stay.
Please ensure proper closing of windows and doors when leaving the apartment.
Guests are financially responsible for any damages incurred during their stay. We are not responsible for items left inside or outside the apartment.
Please segregate waste.
No parties, hen nights, bachelor parties, etc., are allowed in the apartment.
Temporary power outages due to supplier failures cannot be the basis for any claims.
